What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION
MARKET SQUARE, TIDESWELL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 10 November 2025 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Market Square, Tideswell has been extended.The alternative route will be via Terrace Road, Lower Terrace Road, Condliff Road, Manchester Road, Market Square and vice versa. The road will be closed until 27 February 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate repairs to house wall.
