(Cpz Zone G & Zone L Amendment) Order 202* NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC propose to make a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
(i) Extend Zone G to create parking for permit holders only in Hillcrest Close; and
(ii) Introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) on the north side of Worth Road from the Balcombe Road junction to a point west of the junction with Hillcrest Close; and
(iii) Introduce Zone L to create parking for permit holders only in Crossways, Crossways Close, Farm Close, Gales Place, Scallows Close; and
(iv) Remove a 45minute limited waiting bay on the east side of Crossways north of Gales Drive and replace it with a permit holders bay; and
(v) Introduce lengths of double yellow lines on both sides of Crossways between Forge Road and Hermits Road; and
(vi) Introduce a length of single yellow line prohibiting waiting between 0900 and 1700 hours Monday to Friday on the east side of Crossways south of North Road; and
(vii) Introduce lengths of double yellow lines on Crossways Close at the junction with Crossways; and
(viii) Introduce lengths of double yellow lines on Farm Close at the junction with Crossways; and
(ix) Introduce a disabled parking bay on the north side of Gales Place; and
(x) Introduce shared use permit holders and 2 hour limited waiting bays at the eastern end of Scallows Close.
