NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have made the above mentioned Orders, the effects of which will be that certain lengths of the roads listed below will have new restrictions in place as stated:

The Orders will come into force on 9 February 2026.

and selecting ‘Traffic Consultation database’.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or any of the provisions, on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that any requirement of that Act, or of any relevant regulation made there under has not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
