PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U44643 Holly Close, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44643 Holly Cl from its junction with U44640 Falkland Rd for a distance of 47 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Openreach.

Alternative route: N/A as location is a cul-de-sac.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 25 February 2026.

(U47212 Main Street, Wick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U47212 Main St from its junction with U47214 Timber Ln to its junction with U47210 Cooks Hill.

Reason: Pre surface dressing patching, surface dressing in civil works over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: U47210 Cooks Hill, B4208 Evesham Rd, U47214 Timber Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 24 February 2026.

(B4082 Seaford, Peopleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4082 Seaford from its junction with U47408 Seaford Ln to its junction with C2270 Long Ln.

Reason: Tree maintenance for overhead cabling by National Grid.

Alternative route: B4082 Naunton Rd, B4082 Pershore Rd, A422 Worcester Rd, A422 Alcester Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, Evesham Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, Stonebow Rd, A44 Alcester Rd, B4082 Main St, B4082 Upton Snodsbury Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 26 February 2026.

(B4085 Blackminster, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with U45208 Clayfield Rd to its junction with C2047 Station Rd.

Reason: Railway maintenance by Network Rail.

No access for emergency services. Diversion route must be maintained.

Alternative route: B4085 Blackminster (part), B4085 Cleeve Rd, A4510 Three Cocks Ln, B4510 Evesham Rd, B4510 Offenham Rd, B4035 Badsey Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass Roundabout, B4035 Badsey Rd, B4085 Birmingham Rd, B4085 Blackminster (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (00:10–08:20). Commencing: 22 February 2026.

(U47013 Rail Ground, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U47013 Rail Ground from its junction with A4104 Three Springs Rd for a distance of 65 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Repairs to waste water pipe by STW.

Alternative route: No alternative route as cul-de-sac location.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 23 February 2026.

(C2022 Station Road, Fladbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2022 Station Rd from its junction with A44 Evesham Rd to its junction with U44223 Butt Furlong.

Reason: New water connection by STW.

Alternative route: A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Wyre Piddle Bypass, A44 Abbey View Rd, B4083 Terrace Rd, B4083 Station Rd, A4104 Station Rd, B4084 High St, B4084 Evesham Rd, B4084 Main Rd, C2022 Brook Ln, C2022 Church Leys, C2022 Mill Bank, C2022 Church St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 February 2026.

(U47035 Woodward Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U47035 Woodward Rd from its junction with U47029 Farleigh Rd to its junction with U47031 Abbots Rd.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U47029 Farleigh Rd, U47031 Fulbert Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days between 23 February 2026 and 9 March 2026.

(U44218 Broadway Lane, Fladbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U44218 Broadway Ln from its junction with Llewellyn Cl (NSC ref 45405877) for a distance of 230 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: Development works by Alliance Groundworks and Civils Ltd.

Alternative route: Not applicable as dead end road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 February 2026.

(U44213 Neigh Lane, Cropthorne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U44213 Neigh Ln from its junction with C2022 Neigh Ln to the Strand to its junction with C2022 Church Leys.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U44213 Neigh Ln (part), C2022 Neigh Ln to The Strand, C2022 Church Leys, U44213 Neigh Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 4 February 2026.

(U45200 Three Cocks Lane, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U45200 Three Cocks Ln from a point of 170 metres west of its junction with B4510 Newtown and for a distance of 90 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: New Customer Connection by STW.

Alternative route: B4510 Newtown, B4510 Evesham Rd, U45206 Laurels Rd, U45204 Main St, U45200 Three Cocks Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 3 February 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Footpath TH-529, Throckmorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 15 February 2024 with effect of which is to close that part of Footpath TH-529, Throckmorton inter length which was due to expire on 31 January 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 31 January 2027 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Order has been made as a result of unsafe conditions of waste and vehicles on and around the path.

Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route.

(District of Wychavon – Pershore Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation Order 2026) [Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting on King George’s Way, Pershore]

Worcestershire County Council are considering making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Pershore:

King George’s Way (South and North side) from its junction with Cherry Orchard for a distance of 30 metres in westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
