(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) (VARIOUS ROADS) ORDER No.1 FEBRUARY 2026

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding in the lengths of:

• ST. MARY’S WAY, ALDRIDGE that is situated from its junction with Birmingham Road for its entire length. (Monday 9 February 2026 to Sunday 1 March 2026).
Reason for Order: Transfer main services in the carriageway.
Works on behalf of: South Staffordshire Water.
• RINGWOOD AVENUE, ALDRIDGE that is situated from its junction with St. Mary’s Way for its entire length. (Monday 9 February 2026 to Sunday 8 March 2026).
Reason for Order: Transfer main services in the carriageway.
Works on behalf of: South Staffordshire Water.
• WOODSIDE WAY, ALDRIDGE that is situated from its junction with Whetstone Lane for its entire length. (Monday 9 February 2026 to Sunday 8 March 2026).
Reason for Order: Transfer main services in the carriageway.

• NURSERY AVENUE, ALDRIDGE that is situated from its junction with Whetstone Lane for its entire length. (Monday 16 February 2026 to Sunday 22 March 2026).

• FERRIE GROVE, BROWNHILLS that is situated from the entrance to the Aldi delivery yard to the entrance to the Aldi car park entrance. (2:000 on Tuesday 17 February 2026 to 06:00 Wednesday 18 February 2026).

• FOLEY ROAD EAST, STREETLY that is situated from its junction with A452 Chester Road to its junction with Meadow Close. (Monday 23 February 2026 to Friday 27 February 2026).
Reason for Order: Gas main replacement.

• BLUE LANE EAST, WALSALL that is situated at its junction with B4210 Stafford Street for a distance of approximately 35 metres in a south westerly direction. (Monday 16 February 2026 to Friday 20 February 2026).
Reason for Order: New connection.

• CHANTRY AVENUE, BLOXWICH that is situated outside property number 16. (09:30 -15:30 on Wednesday 11 February 2026 only).
Reason for Order: Repair frame and cover.

• B4464 SOMERFORD PLACE, WILLENHALL opposite Middleton Foods for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a westerly direction. (Monday 16 February 2026 to Friday 20 February 2026).
Reason for Order: New connection.

• LEVE LANE, WILLENHALL that is situated from its junction with John Street to its end at B4464 Walsall Street. (Tuesday 17 February 2026 to Thursday 19 February 2026).
Reason for Order: Communication pipe work.

• HARRISON STREET, BLOXWICH that is situated at its junction with A34 High Street. (20:00 on Tuesday 17 February 2026 to 06:00 on 18 February 2026) existing one-way traffic Order will be revoked for the duration of the works.
Reason for Order: Repair frame and cover.

This Order will come into operation on Monday 9 February 2026. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
