Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
D4568 BATH PLACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from A425 High Street to Abbotts Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs Sunday.
Order Commences: 8 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Access/egress will be via Bath Street, Smith Street and Abbotts Street.

WARWICK ROAD, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Repair/replacement of defective manhole cover and frame.
Order Commences: 4 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Warwick Road, The Square, Abbey End, Abbey Hill, Priory Road, Waverley Road, St Johns and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from A423 Oxford Road to B4453 Leamington Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 3 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: A423 Oxford Road, B4453 Leamington Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between St Andrews Road and Lonsdale Road.
Reason for Order: To enable works for repair to water network.
Order Commences: 2 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Kinross Road, Telford Avenue, Cubbington Road, Highland Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair/replace defective manhole cover, closed 19.00hrs - 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 4 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Theatre Street, Saltisford, Northgate, Priory Road, The Butts, Castle Hill, Jury Street, High Street, Bowling Green Street and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new boundary box.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To safely enable the installation of a boundary box and water meter.
Order Commences: 21 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Fernhill Drive, Newbold Terrace East, Willes Road, Upper Holly Walk and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic Reason for Order: To enable overnight bridge inspection works, 22.00hrs - 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 19 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: M40, Banbury Road, Old Warwick Bypass and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Masters Road to entrance to Whitnash Primary School. Reason for Order: Footway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 19 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: There will be no vehicular access & egress whilst works are in progress. A pedestrian walkway will be provided on carriageway.

Anticipated Completion: 18 February 2026. Access & Diversion: Caesar Road, Percy Road, Percy Crescent, John O’Gaunt Road, Fishponds Road and vice versa.

Access & Diversion: High Street, Queen Street, Offchurch Lane and vice versa.

OFFA ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for boundary box renewal and meter installation.
Order Commences: 19 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Offa Road, Scott Road, Waverley Road and vice versa.

A425 HIGH STREET, D4614 WISE STREET & D4568 BATH PLACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: High Street – Closed between its junctions with Lower Avenue/ Tachbrook Road and Bath Street, Wise Street and Bath Place – closed from their junctions with High Street for a distance of 30 metres. In addition, the 7.5t weight limit on D4650 Prospect Road, Leamington Spa between Sydenham Drive and St Margarets Road will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs. Temporary suspension of weight limit on Prospect Road, Leamington Spa to provide a diversion for all traffic whilst works are in progress.
Order Commences: 16 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 February 2026. Access & Diversion: A425 Old Warwick Road, Myton Road roundabout, A452 Europa Way, Queensway, St. Helen’s Road, Grosvenor Road, Prospect Road, Sydenham Drive, A425 Radford Road and vice versa. No suitable diversion available for Wise Street. Vehicular access/egress will also be restricted to/from Crown Terrace whilst works are in progress.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic outside 17. Reason for Order: To safely enable repairs to defective manhole frame and cover.
Order Commences: 16 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 16 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Church Hill, Regent Street, Dale Street and vice versa.

PORTIA WAY, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to clear blockages.
Order Commences: 16 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Portia Way, Desdemona Avenue, Ophelia Drive and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
