(RODNEY STREET AREA) (TEMPORARY ROAD
RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/03
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period to facilitate footway resurfacing and junction improvement works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of (i) Bellevue at Cornwallis Pl and (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of: (i) Cornwallis pl (ii) Bellevue Cres from the extended north-east kerbline of Bellevue Cres, south-eastwards to the extended south-east building line of No. 23 Bellevue Cres; (iii) Bellevue from the extended north-east kerbline of Cornwallis Pl, south-eastwards to the extended south-east building line of No. 6 Bellevue Ter and (iv) Rodney St from the extended west building line of No.31 Rodney St south-eastwards to the extended north-east kerbline of Cornwallis Pl. Existing parking restrictions may be suspended on the affected sections of road described in (b). The alternative route for vehicular traffic with respect to the closure is: Cornwallis Pl, Bellevue Cres, Bellevue and Rodney St. The Order shall have effect from 01/02/26 to 26/04/26.
