SECTION 14(1)

U6099 MANOR COURT ULGHAM

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6099 Manor Court, Ulgham from its junction with Ulgham Manor Farm Cottages heading in a westward direction for a distance of 25 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 16th February 2026 until the 23rd February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 16th February 2026 between the hours of 09:30 & 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 23rd February 2026.

There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 14(1)

U3027 ROAD TO WOODEN FARM LESBURY (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER NUMBER 2 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3027 Road to Wooden Farm Lesbury 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 21st February 2026 until the 23rd February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates:

•  21st February 2026 until the 22nd February 2026between 23:00 hours and 08:30 hours.

•  22nd February 2026 until the 23rd February 2026between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours.

There is no alternative route available.

The closure has been requested by Chevron on behalf of Network Rail to lift out the level crossing to allow S&C Tamper to work through the area. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

U4061 ALLERDEAN JUNCTION

TO TOSSON ROTHBURY

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U4061 Allerdean Junction To Tosson from its junction with C181 Hepple Junction To Carterside Road heading in a south westwards direction for a distance of 570 metres in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 16th February 2026 until the 2nd March 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 16th February 2026 until the 20th February 2026 between the hours of 08:00 & 16:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 2nd March 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via C181, U4061 and viceversa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

SECTION 14(1)

U9083 LINDEN WAY PONTELAND

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9083 Linden Way from its point outside number 55 Linden Way for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 16th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 16th February 2026 until the 20th February 2026 at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 27th February 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Linden Way, Middle Drive, Woodside and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to excavate to repair a defective sewer. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

U3142 HOWLING LANE ALNWICK

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3142 Howling Lane Alnwick from its junction from Northumberland Street heading in a westerly direction for a length of 325 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 16th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 16th February 2026 until the 20th February 2026 between the hours of 09:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 27th February 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6341, U3142 and viceversa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U3075 MOULDSHAUGH LANE FELTON

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3075 Mouldshaugh Lane from its junction with Riddell Close heading in a easterly direction for a length of 80 metres in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 8th February 2026 until the 15th February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 8th February 2026 between the hours of 09:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 15th February 2026.

There is no alternative route available.

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland.

•  B6347 Shipley To South Charlton from its junctionwith B6347 South Charlton To Rock Nab heading in a south westwards direction for a distance of 810 metres.

•  B6347 South Charlton To Rock Nab from its junctionwith B6347 Shipley To South Charlton heading in a

north eastwards direction for a distance of 340 metres. The Order is to be effective from the 9th February 2026 until the 9th March 2026.

It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 9th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026 the roads will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 9th March 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via B6347, B6346, C86, B6341 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U3135 SWARLAND VILLAGE

LOOP ROAD SWARLAND

U3135 OLD PARK ROAD SWARLAND

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Swarland in the County of Northumberland.

U3135 Swarland Village Loop Road Swarland from its junction with Park Road heading in an easterly direction for a length of 108 metres.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 9th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 3rd April 2026.

U3135 Old Park Road from its junction with Swarland Village Loop Road Swarland heading in an easterly direction for a length of 85 metres.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 2nd March 2026 until the 10th March 2026 between the hours of 08:00 until 18:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 3rd April 2026. The Order is to be effective from the 9th February 2026 until the 3rd April 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Park Road, Swarland Village Loop Road and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
