NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
FYLDE BOROUGH COUINCIL
(BALLAM ROAD OFF STREET PARKING
PLACE)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fylde Borough
Council proposes to make the above named Traffic
Regulation Order under the powers contained in
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The effect of this Order will be to designate Ballam
Road Car Park as an off-street long stay car park
7 days a week with long stay tariffs.
A copy of the proposed Order is available for
inspection at Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8
1LW from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to make a representation
relating to the proposed Order must do so in
writing stating the grounds for objection or support
to the Service Director for Governance and Legal,
Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St
Annes, FY8 1LW within 21 days following the date
of this Notice.
