MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

The above Order, made on 4 December 2025 under Section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a footpath from GRSJ 66013 10695 at the junction with Festival Gardens between numbers 22 and 26 the route continues north-north- east along a 2 metre wide tarmac path for a distance of 20 metres to GRSJ 66021 10718 then continues north-north-east as an undefined path across a tarmac area for a distance of 25 metres to GRSJ 66028 10740 then continues east-north-east along a tarmac track having an approximate width of 4 metres for a distance of 36 metres to the junction with the Dawley Road at GRSJ 66056 10756

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
