TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

Easwald Bank, Kilbarchan

The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Kilbarchan in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:

Easwald Bank, Kilbarchan – From Tandlehill Road to Quarrybank.

Reason for Restriction: Scottish Gas Mains Replacement

Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.

Alternative Routes: New Street, Park View, Branscroft, Bridge Of Weir Road, Deafhillock Roundabout, Barochan Road, High Street, Kilbarchan Road and vice versa.

This notice will be in force from Monday 09th February 2026 to Sunday 22nd February 2026.

This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
