(Link Footpath F30211 Junction (OS no’s 3/4 Romsley Close), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F30211 Junction (OS no’s 3/4 Romsley Cl) from its junction with U32418 Shawbury Cl for a distance of 30 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: Link Footpath F30211 Junction (OS no’s 3/4 Romsley Cl) (part), Link Footpath F30211 Shawbury Cl, U32418 Shawbury Cl and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 February 2026.

(Link Footpath F30300 Ashperton Close (opposite Eastnor Close), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30300 Ashperton Cl (opposite Eastnor Cl) from its junction with U31119 Pool Bank to its junction with U31120 Ashperton Cl.

Reason: Tree maintenance by WCC.

Alternative route: U31124 Eastnor Cl, Link Footpath F30306 Compton Cl (side No. 26), Link Footpath F30304 Greenfields to Dormston, U31133 Greenfields, U31134 The Mayfields, U30100 Mount Pleasant, U31119 Pool Bank and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 2 February 2026.

(U30000 Crumpfields Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U30000 Crumpfields Ln from its junction with C2060 Green Ln for a distance of 400 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by WCC.

Alternative route: C2060 Green Ln, C2079 Sillins Ln, U30000 Norgrave Ln, U30000 Crumpfields Ln (in part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 2 February 2026.

(U23422 Houndsfield Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U23422 Houndsfield Ln from a point 136 metres east of its junction with U23423 Houndsfield Cl for a distance of 100 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility works by Openreach.

Alternative route: No diversion suitable as the only option is to use a ford.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 2 February 2026.

(U23403 Baccabox Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U23403 Baccabox Ln from its junction with U23402 Packhorse Ln to its junction with Love Ln (NSG Ref 04700654).

Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent.

Alternative route: U23402 Packhorse Ln, C2180 Alcester Rd, C2171 Dark Ln, U23403 Baccabox Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 February 2026.

(U23609 Chapel Lane, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U23609 Chapel Ln from its junction with B4101 Beoley Ln to its junction with U23611 Holt Hill.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: U23611 Holt Hill, B4101 Beoley Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 January 2026 and 10 February 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Link Footpath F30432 Far Moor Lane (opp Berkeley Close) to Birmingham Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 17 July 2025 the effect of which is to close that part of Link Footpath F30432 Far Moor Ln (opp Berkeley Cl) to Birmingham Rd from its junction with C2242 Far Moor Ln for a distance of 250 metres in a south easterly direction, which was due to expire on 4 February 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 4 August 2026 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Order has been made due to new development works by M & J Evans on behalf of Morris Homes.

Alternative route: No suitable alternative route.
