NOTICE is given that Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which:

Church Street & Barton Road, Haslingfield
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10065

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Church Street & Barton Road, Haslingfield as lies between Frog End Farm & Harlton Road.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Church St; Harlton Rd; Haslingfield Rd, Harlton; High St; Eversden Rd; A603; Haslingfield Rd, Barton; Barton Rd, Haslingfield & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water main laying & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/8/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 3/2 & 10/4/26.

Broadway, Bourn Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10117

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Broadway, Bourn as lies between The Grange & Little Common Bungalow.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Broadway, Bourn; Alms Hill; High St; Gills Hill; Fox Rd; B1046; A1198; A428; Saint Neots Rd, Knapwell & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate new water connections & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 2/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 1/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 2/2 & 6/2/26.

Beach Road, Cottenham Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10145

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Beach Road, Cottenham as lies between Racecourse View & Coolridge Gardens.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Beach Rd; Cottenham Rd, Landbeach; Green End; High St; Landbeach Rd, Milton; Milton Bypass; Butt Ln; Milton Rd, Impington; Burgoynes Rd; Impington Ln; B1049; Denmark Rd & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate relining of carriageway works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 9/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/8/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 9/2 & 13/2/26.

Bartlow Road, Castle Camps, Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10180

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Bartlow Road, Castle Camps as lies between Main Street & Bartlow Bridleway 2.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Main St; New Rd; Nosterfield End; Burton End, Haverhill; A1017; A1307; Bartlow Rd, Linton; Camps Rd, Bartlow & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate vegetation clearance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 4/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 3/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:30hrs & 16:00hrs 4/2/26.

Broadway, Bourn Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10183

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Broadway, Bourn as lies between Cambourne Footpath 3 & Monkfield Drive.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Broadway; St Neots Rd, Knapwell; St Neots Rd, Bourn; St Neots Rd, Caldecote; St Neots Rd, Hardwick; Cambridge Rd; Main St; Toft Rd; Hardwick Rd, Toft; B1046; Gills Hill, Bourn; High St; Alms Hill; Broadway & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate electrical connection, pole change & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 9/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 9/2 & 16/2/26.

Station Road, Great Wilbraham Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10185

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Road, Great Wilbraham as lies between no.83 & Great Wilbraham Footpath 4.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Frog End; High St C232; Church St; The Lanes; Great Wilbraham Rd, Little Wilbraham; Rectory Farm Rd; Six Mile Bottom Rd; Wilbraham Rd; A1304; A11; Balsham Rd, Fulbourn; Home End; Manor Walk; Church Ln; Station Rd; Wilbraham Rd; Wilbraham Rd, Great Wilbraham & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate a new water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 16/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 16/2 & 20/2/26.

Hills Road, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2026-10188

Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Cavendish Road & Marshall Road. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area G (Consolidation) Order 1993 Schedule 23 – Cycle lanes Part 2 – Mandatory with flow cycle lane.

Hills Road – On its east side from a point 57 metres north of its junction with Elsworth Place to a point 110 metres north of its junction with Queen Edith’s Way. Hills Road – On its west side from its junction with Long Road to a point 38 metres north of its junction with Purbeck Road is hereby suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate sluice valve repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 17/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 16/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Hills Road, Cambridge are in progress.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 17/2 & 19/2/26.

Mill Road, Mackenzie Road, Collier Road & Willis Road Cambridge
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic & Temporary Revocation Of One-Way Traffic Order – Order 2026-10189

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Mill Road, Cambridge as lies between Guest Road & Emery Street. During the period this Order remains in force Order title: The City of Cambridge Area A Consolidation Order 1993 Amendment No. 147 Order 2006.

Schedule 16: No entry part 2: Roads & parts of roads to which entry except for pedal cycles is prohibited at the location & from the directions stated. Mackenzie Rd at its junction with Mill Rd from all directions is hereby suspended insofar as it affects Mackenzie Road as lies between its junctions with Mill Rd & Collier Rd. During the period this Order remains in force Order title: The City of Cambridge Area A Consolidation Order 1993 Amendment No. 147 Order 2006. Section 6 Part 2: One way streets. Roads & parts of roads in which pedal cycles are permitted to travel in the opposite direction of the one way street. Collier Rd from east to west is hereby suspended insofar as it affects Collier Rd as lies between its junctions with Mackenzie Rd & Willis Rd.

During the period this Order remains in force Order title: The City of Cambridge Area

A Consolidation Order 1993. Section 6 one way streets: no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in any road or part road specified in a direction other than that specified. Willis Rd from north to south is hereby suspended insofar as it affects Willis Rd as lies between its junctions with Collier Rd & Mill Rd.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Mill Rd, Cambridge; A603; A1134; Coldhams Ln C298; A1134; Brookfields C280; Mill Rd & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate fire hydrant repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 17/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 16/8/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 17/2 & 19/2/26.

Milton Road A1134, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Bus Lane – Order 2026-10190 Will be to temporarily suspend the bus lane as lies between No 82 & Herbert Street.

During the period this Order remains in force the Order title Cambridgeshire County Council Various Streets, Cambridge Bus Lanes Order 2024.

Schedule – Roads & parts of roads on which any vehicle other than a pedal cycle, electric scooter, bus, hackney carriage or private hire vehicle is prohibited at all times on all days.

Milton Rd – On the south-east side from a point 55 metres north-east of its junction with Gilbert Rd to a point 25 metres south-west of its junction with Ascham Rd is hereby suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate new water meter installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near the bus lane & it will come into operation on 9/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Milton Rd A1134, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 9/2 & 11/2/26.

High Street C233, Cambridge, Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2026-10194

Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Wedgewood Drive & Chelwood Road. During the period this Order remains in force the The City of Cambridge Area E (Consolidation) Order 1993 Schedule 23 – Cycle lane Part 3 – Mandatory with-flow cycle lane in which loading is permitted* High St. Cherry Hinton

– On its west side from a point 28 metres north of the centreline of Mill End Road to a point 14 metres south of the centreline of Colville Road. High St. Cherry Hinton

– On its west side from a point 17 metres north of the centreline of Colville Road to a point 20 metres south of the centreline of Chelwood Road. High St. Cherry Hinton

– On its east side from a point 28 metres north of the centreline of Mill End Road to a point 21 metres south of the centreline of Colville Road. High St. Cherry Hinton

– On its east side from a point 16 metres north of the centreline of Colville Road to a point 20 metres south of the centreline of Chelwood Road is hereby suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate fire hydrant repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 18/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 17/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on High Street C233, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 18/2 & 20/2/26.

Mowbray Road, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2026-10202

Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Nos.132 & 140. During the period this Order remains in force the Order title: The City of Cambridge Area F (Consolidation) Order 1993 as amended by The City of Cambridge Area F (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No. 2) Order 1994.

Schedule 23 part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lanes. Mowbray Rd on both sides of the carriageway from its junction with Cherry Hinton Rd to its junction with Queen Edith’s Way is hereby suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate new gas connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 8/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 7/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Mowbray Rd, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out on 8/2/26.

Hauxton Road, Little Shelford Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10204

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Hauxton Road, Little Shelford as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers.

The alternative route for vehicles is via High St, Hauxton; Church Rd; A10; B1368; Shelford Rd, Harston; Newton Rd, Little Shelford; Hauxton Rd & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 8/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 7/8/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 01:00hrs & 07:00hrs on 8/2/26.

Clayhithe Road, Waterbeach Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10206

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Clayhithe Road, Waterbeach as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Clayhithe Rd, Horningsea; High St; Horningsea Rd C210; B1047; A14; A10; Car Dyke Rd, Waterbeach; Cambridge Road C210; Chapel St; Station Rd & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 00:01hrs & 05:00hrs 3/2/26.

Haverhill Road, Stapleford, Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10238

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Haverhill Road, Stapleford as lies between A1307 & Gog Magog Way.

The alternative route for vehicles is via Haverhill Rd, Stapleford; Bury Rd; A1301; Station Rd, Great Shelford; Hinton Way; A1307 & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate drainage works, trial holes, pipe repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 19/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 18/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:30hrs & 15:30hrs 19/2 to 20/2/26.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate drainage works, trial holes, pipe repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 16/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/8/27 whichever is the earlier. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate drainage works, trial holes, pipe repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 11/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 10/8/27 whichever is the earlier. Long Lane, Linton, Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 26-10244

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Long Lane, Linton as lies outside The Kyles and Linton Footpath 13.

The alternative route for vehicles is via The Grip; A1307; Long Ln & vice versa.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications pole replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 9/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/8/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 9/2 & 10/2/26.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate pole replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/8/27 whichever is the earlier. Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Milton Footpath 1, Milton & Fen Ditton Footpath 6, Fen Ditton as lies between 200m on either side of the A14 flyover.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate bridge maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 4/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 3/8/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 4/2 & 5/6/26.

Temporary Prohibition Of Use – Order 2026-10259

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Dry Drayton Footpath 17, Dry Drayton as lies between A428 & Dry Drayton Footpath 19. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate sewer repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 9/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 8/8/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 9/2 & 3/4/26.

Huntingdon Road A1307, Girton Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2026-10262

Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Howe House & Eddington Avenue. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area H (Consolidation) Order 1993. Schedule 23: Part 2 Mandatory with flow cycle lane Huntingdon Road on the northeastern side from a point 40 metres northwest of its junction with Girton Road to a point 27m southeast of its junction with Sherlock Road is hereby suspended.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas disconnection & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 16/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Huntingdon Road A1307, Girton are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 16/2 & 19/2/26.

Over Road, Willingham Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-10263

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Over Road, Willingham as lies between High Streett & Rook Grove.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate S278 remedials & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 16/2/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/8/27 whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 18:00hrs & 22:00hrs 16/2 to 20/2/26.
