Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:

1. THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:

ANTINGHAM – Elderton Lane from 125m northwest of its junction with C290 Southrepps Road for 40m north-westwards to facilitate bridge inspection works between 22:00 on 2nd February 2026 and 06:00 on 3rd February 2026 (may continue until 17th March 2026). Alternative route via: Elderton Lane, Southrepps Road, Cromer Road. The works promoter is Network Rail.

ASHMANHAUGH – C397 Stone Lane from its junction with U1971 Crowgate Street for 65m north-eastwards to facilitate BDUK installing new duct with cab and chamber to facilitate cabling works for network infrastructure from 5th to 9th February 2026 (may continue until 23rd March 2026). Alternative route is via: Crowgate Street, Church Road, Stone Lane (Ashmanhaugh, Tunstead). The works promoter is CityFibre Metro Networks Ltd.

CROMER – New Street from its junction with Garden Street for 115m north-westwards to facilitate disconnection of gas service works from 2nd February to 4th February 2026 (may continue until 18th March 2026). Alternative route is via: New Street, A149 Prince Of Wales Road, A149 Hamilton Road, Garden Street, A149 Church Street, A149 Mount Street, A149 Louden Road. The works promoter is Cadent.

DILHAM – C413 The Street from its junction with U19236 Staithe Lane for 40m southwards to facilitate brickwork and coping repair works from 3rd to 4th February 2026 (may continue until 18th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Honing Road, Church Road, A149 Yarmouth Road, The Street. The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

HORSFORD – A) A140 Cromer Road Roundabout and B) A1270 Broadland Northway slip road onto the A140 and C) A140 Cromer Road from its junction with A140/2042 Cromer Road Roundabout (north) to its junction with A140/2032 Cromer Road Roundabout (south) to facilitate reclame works between 19:30 and 23:59 from 2nd to 5th February 2026 (may continue until 19th March 2026). Alternative route is via: 1. East bound on A1270 Broadland North Way, Horsford, and wanting to travel south to Norwich – travel east from the closed A140 slip until the Imperial Way rbt (next rbt east), from there head back west at the first sliproad up to the A140 rbt Road, Horsford north rbt and head south on the A140 Holt Road, Horsford (Norwich term). 2. East bound on A1270 Broadland North Way, Horsford, and wanting to travel north (Aylsham direction) – travel east on the B1149, Brewery Lane, Broadland North Way, Horsford, heading instead, then turn north onto B1149, Holt Road, Horsford. At the A1151, Holt Road roundabout head east and continue on B1145 Aylsham Rd, Cawston, continue to the A140, Norwich on the B1145 Aylsham Rd, Cawston, continue to the A140, Norwich to the northbound slip. 3. West bound on the A140 Cromer Road, Horsford if the rbt is closed – head south on the A1270 Broadland North Way, Horsford, then re-join (Aylsham direction) at the next signed rbt. 4. West bound on the A140 Holt Road, Horsford, and wanting to take the A1270/A1149 slip – head south and use diversion signs should the diversion signs allow. MARTHAM – 6F562/10 Marlborough Green Crescent to Woodstock Way from its joining with U62002 Marlborough Green Crescent to its junction with U62004 Woodstock Way to facilitate new box installation and duct laying works from 2nd to 6th February 2026 (may continue until 20th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Woodstock Way, Marlborough Green Crescent. The works promoter is Openreach.

NEATISHEAD – U1971 Church Road/Church Lane from its junction with U1971 School Road to its junction with U1971 Common Road to facilitate new duct installation works from 5th to 13th February 2026 (may continue until 27th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Common Road, Birds Lane, Horning Road, (Chapel Road), School Road (Horning, Neatishead). The works promoter is CityFibre Metro Networks Ltd.

NORTHREPPS – C291 New Road from 30m east of its junction with U14435 Larners Hill for 30m eastwards to facilitate bridge inspection works between 22:00 and 06:00 from 5th to 6th February 2026 (may continue until 20th March 2026). Alternative route is via: C291 New Road/School Lane, C292 Nut Lane/Cromer Road/Northrepps Road, C634 Overstrand Road, C291 Cromwell Road, A149 Norwich Road/Crossdale Street (Cromer, Northrepps). NORTHREPPS – Hall Road from 364m north-east of its junction with C291 New Road for 30m north-eastwards to facilitate railway bridge inspection works between 22:00 and 06:00 from 5th to 6th February 2026 (may continue until 19th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Hall Road, A149 Crossdale Street/Norwich Road, Christopher’s Close, The Lanes. The works promoter is Network Rail.

REPHAM – Reepham Footpath 15 from its junction with Old Brewery Lane for 5m south-eastwards to facilitate electric vehicle charging installation from 2nd to 4th February 2026 (may continue until 18th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Reepham Footpath 15, Reepham Footpath 5, Reepham Footpath 6. The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

WEST BEETSWITH HADISCOE – U6933 Church Road from its junction with U6934 Mill Road for 120m eastwards to facilitate new duct laying works from 2nd to 6th February 2026 (may continue until 20th March 2026). Alternative route is via: Church Road, Mill Road. The works promoter is Openreach.

THORPE ST. ANDREW – A1042 Yarmouth Road from 40m east of its junction with Pound Lane for 60m eastwards to facilitate bridge inspection works between 20:00 on 3rd February and 06:00 on 4th February 2026 (may continue until 18th March 2026).
