PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (MANADON GROUND INVESTIGATIONS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:

• Mandon Flyover - northbound for its entirety

• St Peters Road - Between Manadon Roundabout and Hardy Crescent

• Outland Road slip road to Manadon Roundabout - for its entirety

• Southwell Road - at the junction of Tavistock Road

The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 16th February 2026 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the Manadon Ground Investigation works will take place at the above locations between 16th February 2026 until 26th February 2026 19:00 - 6:00
