What is happening?
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTIONS 90 A - F
WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD HUMP NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of powers conferred by Section 90A to 90F of the Highways Act 1980 propose to introduce traffic calming features at the following locations.
Raised full width flat top hump (2 existing pedestrian signal crossings), 6m plateau with 1.2m ramps, no more than 100mm high.
A34 High Street
• 24m north of its junction with Victoria Avenue
• 28m north of its junction with Elmore Row.
Raised full width Flat top hump, 2.4m plateau with 1m - 1.2m ramps, no more than 100mm high.
Victoria Avenue, Samuel Street, Harrison Street, Market Place, Elmore Row & Church Street
• At their junctions with A34 High Street.
