U6067 COOPIES LANE AND

U6114 BENNETTS WALK MORPETH

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland: U6067 Coopies Lane from its junction with U6114 Bennetts Walk for a distance of 186 metres in a southwesterly direction.

U6114 Bennetts Walk from its junction with U6067 Coopies Lane for a distance of 33 metres in a northwesterly direction.

The Order is to be effective from the 7th February 2026 until the 15th March 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 7th February 2026 until the 8th March 2026 between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 15th March 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U6116, A196, U6067 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. The closure has been requested by Chevron TM to install TVCB Barriers within Network Rail boundary. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

SECTION 14(1)

U3134 OSWALD STREET AMBLE

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland

County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3134 Oswald Street from its junction with Aidan Road heading in a northerly direction for a length of 86 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 16th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 16th February 2026 until the 20th February 2026 however it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 27th February 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Edwin Street Back Lane, Edwin Street, Aidan Road and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred under sections 1 to 4, 32, 35, 45 and 46, 61 and 64 (as appropriate) and Part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other powers so enabling, intends to make the above-named Order. The effect of the Order, if made, will be to vary the “Northumberland County Council (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) (Map Based) Consolidation Order 2024” by extending the existing ‘no waiting at any time’parking restrictions on sections of Middle Drive in Ponteland. The restrictions can also be viewed in map format, as the maps form part of the map-based schedule to the Order. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Seghill in the County of Northumberland. Road Closures:

•   U9540 Bonnivard Gardens for its entire length

•    U9540 Esmeralda Gardens for its entire length •  U9540 Hazlitt Place for its entire length The Order is to be effective from the 2nd February 2026 until the 2nd August 2026.

It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 2nd February 2026 until the 13th February 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 daily during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 2nd August 2026.

There will be no alternative route available for the duration of the TTRO.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 14(1)

U3027 ROAD TO WOODEN FARM LESBURY

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3027 Road to Wooden Farm Lesbury 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 31st January 2026 until the 1st February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 31st January 2026 until the 1st February 2026 between 23:00 hours and 08:30 hours.

There is no alternative route available. Enquiries should be made to Northumberland County Council’s Contact Centre 0345 600 6400 or at https:// one.network (enter the road number and road name). – Ref: 146749890.

The closure has been requested by Chevron on behalf of Network Rail to repair the wooden gates. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

B6341 CLAYPORT STREET ALNWICK

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6341 Clayport Street from its junction with Lisburn Street heading in a north easterly direction for a length of 295 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 29th January 2026 until the 29th July 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 29th January 2026 until the 30th January 2026 between the hours of 09:30 until 15:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 29th July 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C422, B6346, B1340, B6341, C423 OR C422, B6346, C421 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland. •  U4060 Cragside View from its junction with Hillside East closed for its entirety

•   U4060 Simonside View from its junction with Cragside View closed for its entirety The Order is to be effective from the 2nd February 2026 until the 2nd August 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates:

•   2 nd February 2026 until the 14th February 2026 between the hours of 08:00 until 17:00

•   16 th February 2026 until the 20th February 2026 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 2nd August 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Ponteland in the County of Northumberland:

•   U9083 Errington Close for its entire length

•   U9083 Errington Road from its junction with The Rise for a distance of 600 metres in an easterly then northerly direction. • U9083 Marian Way for its entire length The Order is to be effective from the 2nd February 2026 until the 2nd August 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 2nd February 2026 until the 13th February 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 2nd August 2026.

An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being The Rise, Middle Drive, Errington Road and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

Bridleway No 1 (Alnwick Town)

Adding thereto a public bridleway, from the existing junction of the southern end of Bridleway No 1 with the western end of Footpath No 29, 130 metres east of the Duchess Community High School building (O.S. Grid Ref NU 19201183), in a southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres to join Taylor Drive (NU 19201182).

These details are shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of Legal Services, County Hall, Morpeth during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.

The Order is to be effective from the 31st January 2026 until the 1st February 2026.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 31st January 2026 at 22:30 until the 1st February 2026 at 08:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 1st February 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C363, U9076, A1, B1337, A192, C363 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
