Inkersall Green Road - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
INKERSALL GREEN ROAD, INKERSALL
WHEN: 26 January to 28 January 2026 (19:00 to 06:00 each night).
WHERE: Inkersall Green Road, Inkersall between its Jct. with Avondale Road to its Jct. with Aspire Way.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Inkersall Green Road, A619 Chesterfield Road / Market Street, Inkersall Road, Inkersall Green Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
