PUBLIC NOTICES THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (GARTCONNELL ROAD, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On 22 January 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works, and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Gartconnell Road, Bearsden from its junction with Ralston Road, Bearsden southwards to its termination point by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Monday, 02 February 2026 until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 08 February 2026.
