ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

U32M LUMPHANAN –

TEMPORARY CLOSURE

“The Aberdeenshire Council (U32m Lumphanan – 21.01.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 21.01.26 for a period of 14 days and will prohibit any person from driving in Lumphanan as follows:

U32m Lumphanan - Phase 1 from Loanend Cottage to 3-way junction on the U32m and Phase 2 from 3-way junction to the junction with the C30m.

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to duct works. An alternative route is available via the C30m (Lumphanan), U32m (Lumphanan) and vice versa. Details of the restriction can be viewed online at https://online.aberdeenshire. gov.uk/apps/roadworks/ Any queries should be directed to Craig Ross on 01467 469932.
