Stafford Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Stafford Road, Oakengates (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst new connection works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 26/1/26. The following road is affected, Stafford Rd, Oakengates from a point approx. 20m from its jcn with Uxacona Way for approx. 60m in a south easterly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 6/2/26. No diversion is applicable for this closure.
