All Saints Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(ALL SAINTS ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on All Saints Road in
both directions from its junction with Vicarage Road to
outside property 274.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken from 27 January 2026 until 30 January 2026.
The diversion route is: Clockwise - Vicarage Road,
Cartwright Street, Birmingham Road, Grove Street, Dudley
Road and Birmingham Road or Anti-Clockwise - Birmingham
Road, Cartwright Street and Vicarage Road.
The Order is required to facilitate a long comm pipe install
by Severn Trent Water.
