WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL (CONSOLIDATED)
(WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING, DISABLED PARKING AND RESIDENTS PARKING)
AMENDMENT ORDER No. 62, JANUARY 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

Restrictions under the Order

Requests for new/amended parking restrictions in the Walsall borough have been received. These have been investigated, and the resultant proposals are included within this amendment Order.
The Order will include, but is not limited to:

Removal/Addition of No Waiting and Loading restrictions.
Addition of School Keep Clear restrictions.
Removal/Addition of Bus Stop Clearway restrictions.
Addition of Loading Only restrictions.
Removal of on-street Pay and Display restrictions.
Removal/Addition of Red Route Restrictions.
Addition of Limited Waiting restrictions.
