ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
EPPING WAY, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable boundary box renewal and the installation of a water meter.
Order Commences: 23 January 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 January 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

BERICOTE ROAD, BLACKDOWN
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable a telegraph pole test.
Order Commences: 22 January 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 January 2026. Access & Diversion: Bericote Road, Stoneleigh Road, Kenilworth Road, Leamington Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To safely enable repairs to defective manhole cover & frame.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rebuild meter chamber.

Order Effect: Road closed between A452 Dale Street and Portland Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 21 January 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 January 2026.
Access & Diversion: A452 Dale Street, Warwick Street, Portland Street and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

Order Effect: Road closed between Chandos Street/Park Street and Kenilworth Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 21 January 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 January 2026.
Access & Diversion: Warwick Street, Clarendon Street, Clarendon Avenue, Clarendon Place, Warwick Street and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Haddon Road to Wellington Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway and footway reconstruction and associated works.
Order Commences: 19 January 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Buckley Road, Gresham Avenue, Valley Road, Mason Avenue, Buckley Road and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
A425 BANBURY ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Myton Road and Castle Hill at Castle Bridge. In addition, the 7.5t environmental weight restriction in its application to that length of road between West Street and Jury Street will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: Carriageway surfacing and associated works, overnight 20.00hrs - 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 18 January 2026 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 21 January 2026.
Access & Diversion: A425 Banbury Road, B4100 Banbury Road, B4455 Fosse Way, B4086 Friz Hill, B4086 Kineton Road, B4086 Warwick Road, B4086 Charlecote Road, A429 Warwick Road, A429 Wellesbourne Road, A429 Barford Bypass, A429 Warwick Road, A429 Barford Road, A46 Warwick Bypass, A429 Stratford Road, A429 West Street, A429 High Street, A429 Jury Street, A425 Castle Hill, A425 Banbury Road and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D4568 BATH PLACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from A425 High Street to Abbotts Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs Sunday.
Order Commences: 8 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Access/egress will be via Bath Street, Smith Street and Abbotts Street.

Access & Diversion: Warwick Road, The Square, Abbey End, Abbey Hill, Priory Road, Waverley Road, St Johns and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from A423 Oxford Road to B4453 Leamington Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 3 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: A423 Oxford Road, B4453 Leamington Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between St Andrews Road and Lonsdale Road.
Reason for Order: To enable works for repair to water network.
Order Commences: 2 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Kinross Road, Telford Avenue, Cubbington Road, Highland Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair/replace defective manhole cover, closed 19.00hrs - 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 4 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Theatre Street, Saltisford, Northgate, Priory Road, The Butts, Castle Hill, Jury Street, High Street, Bowling Green Street and vice versa.

WAVERLEY ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new boundary box.
Order Commences: 3 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Scott Road, Alexandra Road, Waverley Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
