What is happening?
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.

It is expected that the Order will come into force on 16/02/2026 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake footway patching works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Park Dr, Leicester Rd, Bowden Ln, Burnmill Rd & vice versa.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 months to allow SafeSpace Traffic Management & Henworth Construction Ltd acting on behalf of Leicestershire County Council to undertake development works, utility connections & infrastructure improvement works. This Order may also accommodate third party works. The proposed diversion route will be via: A5 Watling St, Lutterworth, Monks Kirby & Churchover; A426 Rugby Rd, Cotesbach & Lutterworth & vice versa. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.
