U3075 MOULDSHAUGH LANE FELTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3075 Mouldshaugh Lane from its junction with Riddell Close heading in a easterly direction for a length of 80 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 8th February 2026 until the 15th February 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 8th February 2026 between the hours of 09:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 15th February 2026.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to cleanse & CCTV survey to sewer. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland
County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland.
• B6347 Shipley To South Charlton from its junctionwith B6347 South Charlton To Rock Nab heading in a south westwards direction for a distance of 810 metres.
• B6347 South Charlton To Rock Nab from its junctionwith B6347 Shipley To South Charlton heading in a
north eastwards direction for a distance of 340 metres. The Order is to be effective from the 9th February 2026 until the 9th March 2026.
It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 9th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026 the roads will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 9th March 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via B6347, B6346, C86, B6341 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland
County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Swarland in the County of Northumberland.
U3135 Swarland Village Loop Road Swarland from its junction with Park Road heading in an easterly direction for a length of 108 metres.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 9th February 2026 until the 27th February 2026 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 3rd April 2026. U3135 Old Park Road from its junction with Swarland Village Loop Road Swarland heading in an easterly direction for a length of 85 metres.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 2nd March 2026 until the 10th March 2026 between the hours of 08:00 until 18:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 3rd April 2026. The Order is to be effective from the 9th February 2026 until the 3rd April 2026.
An alternative route will be available foruse whilst the TTRO is in force being Park Road, Swarland Village Loop Road and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. The effect of the Order, if made, will be to vary the “Northumberland County Council (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) (Map Based) Consolidation Order 2024” by introducing new parking restrictions in Rothbury namely Disabled persons’ parking places on Church Street, High Street and Townfoot (these are currently advisory).
The restrictions can also be viewed in map format, as the maps form part of the map-based schedule to the Order.
