NOTICE OF MAKING
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION OF BUS STOP CLEARWAYS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 07 January 2026 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to revoke the following:
a) "The Lancashire County Council (Albany Road, St Annes, Fylde Borough)(Bus Stop Clearways) Order 1983" in full.
b) "The Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Lytham And St Annes, Fylde Borough)(Bus Stop Clearways) Order 1985" in full.
This Order will come into force on the 19 January 2026. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 100, Preston PR1 0LD, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
quoting ref: LSG4/894. 21411/AFR. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
