PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 

(AMENDMENT No. 31) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39, 45 to 55, and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to amend The Northamptonshire County Council (South Northamptonshire District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009, as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing WNCParkingenquiries@ kier.co.uk

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Order will become effective on 16th January 2026.

Deanshanger Way, Old Stratford – From a point 15 metres North of the junction with Willow Grove for 25 meters southwards into Willow Grove. High Street and Broad Street, Syresham – On Broad Street East kerb, from the boundary of number 18 to the boundary of 18 in the High Street. On Broad Street West kerb, at the equivalent starting point on the East kerb, southwards for 39 metres onto High Street.
