(CAR PARKS) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019 Notice of Variation (No. 8 2026)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Calderdale, in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers, shall vary the tariffs for off-street parking charges in the following car parks in Todmorden.
This notice will vary the tariffs set out in Schedule 1 to the
Borough Council of Calderdale (Car Parks) (Consolidation) Order 2019 (as amended) (“the Order”). The existing tariffs and the new tariffs are listed below. In all other respects, the Order will remain unchanged. The changes will come into force on Sunday 22nd February 2026.
Variation of tariff in relation to Bramsche Square Car Park and School Lane Car Park in Todmorden:
