THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE 

(ON-STREET WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2024

Notice of Variation (No. 3 2026)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Calderdale, in exercise of its powers under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers, shall vary the tariffs for on-street parking charges on roads referenced below in Hebden Bridge.

This notice will vary the tariffs set out in Schedule 2 to the Borough Council of Calderdale (On Street Waiting, Loading and Parking) Consolidation Order 2024 (as amended) (“the Order”). The existing tariffs and the new tariffs are listed below. In all other respects, the Order will remain unchanged. The changes will come into force on Monday 9th February 2026.

Variation of tariff in relation to the pay and display bays in Hangingroyd Lane, Valley Road, Regent Street & Old Gate:

*tariff payable will be based on the time of purchase.
