Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – B4084 High Street from its junction with U47115 Cherry Orchard for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction and 30 metres in a south easterly direction. Closure 2 – U47115 Cherry Orchard from its junction with B4084 High St for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Replacement manhole cover by STW.

Alternative route: Diversion 1: B4084 High St (part), B4084 Worcester Rd, A4104 Three Springs Rd, B4536 Defford Rd, B4084 High St (part) and vice versa. Diversion 2: U47115 Cherry Orchard (part), U47116 Whitcroft Rd, A4104 Station Rd, B4084 High St (part) and vice versa.

Reason: Water main replacement by STW.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45200 Three Cocks Ln from a point of 170 metres west of its junction with B4510 Newtown Rd for a distance of 90 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Customer connection by STW.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 3 February 2026.

(U44213 Neigh Lane, Cropthorne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44213 Neigh Ln from its junction with C2022 Neigh Ln to its junction with U44218 Church Leys.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U44213 Neigh Ln (part), C2022 Neigh Ln to The Strand, C2022 Church Leys, U44213 Neigh Ln (part) and vice versa.

(U44218 Broadway Lane, Fladbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44218 Broadway Ln from its junction with Llewellyn Cl (NSG ref 45405877) for a distance of 230 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: Street works by Airband and Civils Ltd.

Alternative route: Not applicable as dead end road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 February 2026.

EXEMPTIONS:

TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(A44 Worcester Road/A44 Chadbury Bypass/B4624 Worcester Road, Chadbury) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) and the Worcestershire County Council (B4624 Worcester Road, Evesham) (50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2011 and Worcestershire County Council (A44 Chadbury to Spetchley) (40 mph and 50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2011 (Temporary Suspension) (Part) Order 2026

Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit in both directions on that part of the following roads:

1. A44 Worcester Road from its junction with A44 Manor Roundabout for a distance of 400 metres in a westerly direction.

2. A44 Chadbury Bypass from its junction with A44 Manor Roundabout for a distance of 500 metres in an easterly direction.

3. B4624 Worcester Road from its junction with A44 Manor Roundabout for a distance of 350 metres in a south easterly direction.

   Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

   Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

   Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 35 days (24hrs). Commencing: 13 January 2026.
