PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(BUSHBURY LANE) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Bushbury Lane outside property 123.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken on 12 January 2026, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00.
The diversion route is: Bushbury Lane, Elston Hall Lane, Three Tuns Lane, Stafford Road, Bushbury Lane and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the repair/replacement of a defective manhole frame and cover by Severn Trent Water.
