Manor Park Road, Temporary Road Closure & Turn Restrictions Due To Gas Main Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (As Amended) Manor Park Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a gas main replacement in the carriageway and associated works in Manor Park Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:-
(a) prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Manor Park Road, the south-western lane proceeding in a north-western direction, which lies between the north-western kerb-line of High Street, Harlesden and a point 3.00 metres north-west of a point opposite the north-western boundary of Nos. 1 to 15 Park House, 1 Manor Park Road;
(b) prohibit vehicles proceeding in a general north-easterly direction on High Street, Harlesden upon reaching its junction with Manor Park Road from turning left into Manor Park Road;
(c) prohibit vehicles proceeding in a general south-westerly direction on High Street, Harlesden upon reaching its junction with Manor Park Road from turning right into Manor Park Road, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions and suspension referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 2nd February 2026 and 15th February 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Access to premises in or adjacent to Manor Park Road would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
