(Arundel: Poling Street) (Temporary Night-Time Closure)
Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close Poling Street in Arundel throughout its entire length. This restriction will operate overnight only, from 1800 hours to 0600 hours the following morning.
The road closure is needed to maintain safety while new telecommunications cables are installed.
The Order will come into effect on 19 January 2026 and remain in force until 26 January 2026. Once made, the Order may remain in force for up to 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.
During the operative periods of this Order access to properties will be maintained at all times.

(Worthing: Teville Road) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close Teville Road in Worthing, from its junction with South Farm Road, eastwards to its junction with Broadwater Road.
The road closure is needed to allow gas mains to be replaced in safety.
The Order will come into effect on 12 January 2026 and remain in force until 17 April 2026, during which time the affected length of road will be closed in phases as works progress. Once made, the Order may remain in force for up to 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.
During the operative periods of this Order alternative routes for vehicles will be indicated on site.
Access to properties on the affected length of road will be maintained at all times.
