Public Notices for Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
The following public notices were served on Thursday 8th January 2026:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following temporary traffic regulation Order under Section 14(1) 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
PUBLIC NOTICE:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (DELAWARE DRIVE (PART), TONGWELL) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 (Reference TTRO-2285)
The effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along the following part of road to allow Vodafone to safely carry out pole swap and maintenance:
21st January 2026 (9:30am – 16:30pm)
Delaware Drive, Tongwell – from its junction with Dansteed Way to its junction with Redway TO04 Tongwell, Milton Keynes.
Whilst the above length of road is closed the alternative route will be via Dansteed Way and Brickhill Street and Delaware Drive (and vice versa)
PUBLIC NOTICE:
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (OSBOURNE STREET (PART), WOLVERTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026 (Reference TTRO-2276)
the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along the following part of road to allow SGN to safely carry out urgent gas connection works:
19th – 23rd January 2026 (24 Hours)
Osbourne Street, Wolverton – its service road outside numbers 1-11.
Whilst the above length of road is closed the alternative route will be via Green Lane and Victoria Street (and vice versa)
