What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 30/12/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic proceeding along

Lawn Ln, Coven. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146157081. The Order will come into operation on 8/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 8/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND TEMPORARY ONE-WAY ORDER SUSPENSION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 30/12/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic proceeding along and temporarily suspend the One-Way Order on:

Cross St, Cheslyn Hay. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146570991. The Order will come into operation on 5/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 09/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the investigation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily impose a 40mph and 30mph speed limit along:

Watling St, Ivetsey Bank. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147013389. The Order will come into operation at 21:00hrs on 19/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 06:00hrs on 20/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new water connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Hawthorne Road, Cheslyn Hay. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146630588. The  Order will come into operation on 23/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 23/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Kiddemore Green Rd, Brewood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB146778282. The Order will come into operation on 23/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 23/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

School Ln, Dunston. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB146778196. The Order will come into operation on 19/1/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
