TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Southampton City Council made the above Order on 29th December 2025.

  1. The effect of the Order will be to will be to close the following:

  1. The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road. These works are for highway improvements.

  2. The alternative routes will be advertised locally.

  3. The Order will come into force on 5th January 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner. It is expected that the works will be complete by 3rd July 2026.
