Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pool. This prohibition is necessary for defective cover repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2026 to 15th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Wilson Way, Pool between the properties known as number 33 and 34. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bissoe. This prohibition is necessary for gully works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th January 2026 to 16th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for defect repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th January 2026 to 17th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th January 2026, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th January 2026 to 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road To Rear Of 1- 35 Pendarves Street, Beacon between the junction of Pendarves Street and grid reference SW6577939158. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on Pendarves Street.

The Order will come into operation on 31st December 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 9th December 2025 fora period of 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Kergilliack. This prohibition is necessary for cabling and fibre works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th January 2026 to 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
