HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd: Twyn-Gwyn Road, Mynyddislwyn, wrth y gyffordd â lôn ddienw am bellter o tua 800 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 5 Ionawr 2026 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 5 Chwefror 2026.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i breswylwyr, cerddwyr ac i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys lle bo modd.
Bydd arwyddion i gywiryad yn dangos llwybrau amgen.

TWYN GWYN ROAD, MYNYDDISLWYN
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Twyn Gwyn Road, Mynyddislwyn at its junction with unnamed lane for a distance of approx. 800 metres in a northerly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 5th January 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated the works will be complete by 5th February 2026.
Access for residents, pedestrians and emergency service vehicles will be maintained where possible.
Alternative routes are via the signed diversion route.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for removal and rebuilding of a culvert.
The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
