HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

(KEMP PLACE OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT No.1) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, (pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council) has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order would be to make amendments to an existing off street order as per the schedule of this order. The order will come into effect on the 12th December 2025. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the order may be inspected from the 12th of December 2025 during normal office hours at Central Reception, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA or viewed at

www.hertsmere.gov.uk

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE: Introduction of electric or hybrid motor vehicles charging bays, Mon – Sat, 8am – 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours – as set out in the order.
