NOTICE OF MAKING – (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (VARIOUS ROADS) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2022
(Amendment No. 47) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that on 2025 Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 36, 45, 46, 49, 51, 53 and 61, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and in accordance with duty under Section 122 of the said Act.
In effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 9 February 2026, will be to -
a) Amend the Cheshire East Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) (Various Roads) (Consolidation) Order 2022 by introducing the restrictions as outlined in the Schedule 1 below and by replacing Map Tile No. AN120rev0 with AN120rev1 in the Consolidation Order schedules.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Act, or that any requirement under the Act has not been complied with, may do so within six weeks from the date of this notice. After this Order is made, for that purpose to the High Court.

Revoke Limited Waiting Parking Place from a point 7 metres southeast of private car park entrance, for 28 metres in a south-easterly direction.

(Introduction of Electrical Vehicle Charging Places)
Green Street
Introduce Electric Vehicle Charging Places from a point 7 metres south-east of Private car park entrance, for 28 metres in a south-easterly direction.
