(BLAKE HALLROAD, MIRFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of
the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Blake Hall Road, Mirfield from its junction with Blake Hall Drive for approximately 70 metres PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Blake Hall Road, Church Lane, Huddersfield Road, Blake Hall Drive and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday,
12 January 2026 and remain in force until 14 January 2026 between 09:30 hours - 15:30 hours daily (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SYCAMORE WAY, BIRSTALL, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVENthat the Council of
the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Sycamore Way, Birstall from a point outside property no. 6 to a point outside property no. 8 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sycamore Way, Moat Hill, Sandal Way and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 and remain in force until 16 January 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SCOPSLEYLANE, WHITLEY, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Scopsley Lane, Whitley from its junction with Scopsley Green to at point outside “Helvellyn” PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
There is no alternative diversionary route available.

12 January 2026 and remain in force until 14 January 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(TENNYSON PLACE, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Tennyson Place, Cleckheaton at a point outside property no. 6
Tennyson Place PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Holdsworth Street,Albert Street, Vine
Street, Tennyson Place and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday
14 January 2026 and remain in force until 16 January 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(TOWN STREET/HENRYSTREET, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Town Street/Henry Street, Batley from its junction with Bradford Road to a point outside Post Office on Henry Street PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Town Street diversion : Town Street, Upper Road, Halifax Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Bradford Road and vice versa.
Henry Street diversion : Henry Street, Howard Street,Bradford Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday
12 January 2026 and remain in force until 30 January 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
