Amendment Order No.1 2026 – 

Chapeltown Healthier Streets

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) proposes to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to the following restrictions within the Chapel Allerton Ward. 1. No Waiting at any Time on sections of: Blake Gr, (both sides); Hall La (NE side); Mexborough Pl (both sides); Mexborough St (SW side); Newton Lodge Dr (NE side); Reginald St (both sides); Savile Ave (both sides); Sholebroke Ave (both sides); St Martins Ave/Cres/Rd (both sides). 2. A Prohibition of All Motor Vehicles on: a Blake Gr; from its intersection with St Martins Rd, in a SE direction for 4m; b. Mexborough Pl; from a point 15.5m SW of its junction with Mexborough Gr; in a SW direction for 2.5m; c. Reginald St; from its junction with Hall La; in a NE direction for 7.5m; d. Savile Ave; from its junction with Mexborough St, in a SW direction 5m; e. Sholebroke Ave; from its junction with Hall La, in a NE direction for 13.5m; f. St Martins Ave; from its junction with Newton Lodge Dr, in a NE direction for 19m. (City Wide) Order 2025 – Amendment Order No.41

2025: Beeston & Holbeck Ward

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to introduce within the Beeton & Holbeck Ward 1. No Waiting Loading or Unloading at any Time on sections of Northern Street (both sides) and Whitehall Road (both sides) 2. No Waiting at any Time on sections of Whitehall Road (both sides) and Spence Lane (NE side); 3. On Street Pay By Phone Parking – Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm (inclusive) on: Spence Lane (north-west side); from a point 21m NW of its junction with of Whitehall Road in a NW direction for a distance of 30m. South Outer Tarriff Charged will apply, being:

a. Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm: Up to 2 hours – £2; Up to 4 hours – £2.80; Up to 6 hours – £3.30; Up to 8 hours – £3.90; Up to 10 hours – £4.00 b. Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm: Up to 2 hours – £1.20; Up to 4 hours – £1.90; Up to 6 hours – £2.40; Up to 8 hours £2.60; Up to 10 hours – £2.80. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.

(City Wide) Order 2025 Amendment Order No.4 2026 – Otley & Yeadon Ward

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be within the Otley & Yeadon Woodhouse Ward to introduce: No Waiting at any Time on 1. Rufford Ave (both sides) from its junction with Green La, for a distance of 54m in a northerly direction, and adjacent to Rufford Court. 2. Sections of Moorfield Rd (NE, SW & NW sides) 3. A section of Cemetery Rd (SE side) Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.
