Willenhall - Various Temporary Road Closures

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & CLEARWAY)
(VARIOUS ROADS) ORDER JANUARY 2026

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding and stopping in that length of:
• A454 THE KEYWAY, WILLENHALL (EASTBOUND) from its junction with Somerford Place to its junction with A463 Black Country Route (Thursday 22 January 2026 to Tuesday 27 January 2026) (19:00 – 06:00). No weekend work is proposed.
• A463 BLACK COUNTRY ROUTE, WILLENHALL westbound entry slip road to A454 The Keyway (Tuesday 27 January 2026 to Wednesday 28 January 2026) (19:00 – 06:00).
• BUXTON ROAD, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with Sanstone Road to its junction with A4124 Lichfield Road (Tuesday 13 January 2026 to Wednesday 14 January 2026) (09:30 – 15:15).
• HARLECH ROAD, WILLENHALL that is situated from its junction with Coppice Lane to the junction opposite property numbers 20 and 22 (Friday 16 January 2026) (08:00 – 17:00).
• LEAMORE LANE, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with Bloxwich Lane to its junction with Fleming Road (Monday 19 January 2026 to Wednesday 21 January 2026) (20:00 – 06:00).
• SANSTONE ROAD, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with A34 Stafford Road to its junction with Buxton Road (Thursday 8 January 2026 to Monday 12 January 2026) (09:30 – 15:15). No weekend work is proposed.
• SHARESACRE STREET, WILLENHALL in its entirety (Wednesday 28 January 2026 to Saturday 31 January 2026) (19:00 – 06:00).
• ST ANNES ROAD, WILLENHALL that is situated from its junction with Victoria Street to outside property number 123 (Wednesday 28 January 2026 to Saturday 31 January 2026) (19:00 – 06:00).
• WOOD STREET, DARLASTON that is situated from its junction with B4200 Park Lane to its junction with Cook Street (Wednesday 7 January 2026) (08:00 – 17:00).
• PINFOLD LANE, WALSALL that is situated from its junction with Chapel Lane to its junction with Old Hall Lane (Thursday 15 January 2026 to Sunday 18 January 2026) (08:00 – 17:00).
• A461 LICHFIELD ROAD, PELSALL that is situated from its junction with Pelsall Lane to its junction with Mill Road (Wednesday 21 January 2026 to Thursday 22 January 2026) (20:00 – 06:00).
Reason for order: Carriageway surface dressing.
Works on behalf of: Walsall Council (Maintenance).
This Order will come into operation on Wednesday 7 January 2026. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signs will be erected on site indicating when the no stopping restriction will be in force and signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
