Commercial Road And Huddersfield Road, Skelmanthorpe - Introduce The Following Traffic Calming Features

COMMERCIAL ROAD AND HUDDERSFIELD ROAD, SKELMANTHORPE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council propose to introduce the following traffic calming features on Commercial Road and Huddersfield Road Skelmanthorpe.
Feature 1 of 7 – A set of three speed cushions on Huddersfield Road, with tapered sides separated by 0.775m distances, each being 75mm high, 3.5m long and 1.6m wide, including 0.6m long / 1:8 ramps, positioned centrally between house number 98 and 100
Feature 2 of 7 – A flat-top road hump on Huddersfield Road, with tapered sides being 75mm high and 9m long, including 1.5m long / 1:20 ramps, positioned centrally between house number 80 and 82
Feature 3 of 7 – A flat-top road hump on Huddersfield Road, with tapered sides being 75mm high and 4.75m long, including 1.125m long / 1:20 ramps, positioned centrally between house number 64 and 66
Feature 4 of 7 – A flat-top road hump on Huddersfield Road, with tapered sides being 75mm high and 4.75m long, including 1.125m long / 1:20 ramps, positioned from a point 5.0m southeast from the boundary of house number 48a and 52.
Feature 5 of 7 – A flat-top road hump on Huddersfield Road, with tapered sides being 75mm high and 4.75m long, including 1.125m long / 1:20 ramps, positioned from a point 8.0m east from the boundary of house number 36 and 38.
Feature 6 of 7 – A flat-top road hump on Commercial Road, with tapered sides being 75mm high and 4.75m long, including 1.125m long / 1:20 ramps, positioned from a point 6.0m east from the gable end of house number 26.
Feature 7 of 7 – A set of two speed cushions on Commercial Road, with tapered sides separated by 1.0m distance, each being 75mm high, 3.5m long and 1.6m wide, including 0.6m long / 1:8 ramps, positioned centrally between house number 46 and 48
