ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) 

(ROAD FROM WESTCOTT LANE TO TOLL COTTAGE, DOCCOMBE) ORDER 2026 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC


NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 5/1/26 for a maximum
of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 27/4/26. No person shall
cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of
Affected Roads.

Roads affected: ROAD FROM WESTCOTT LANE TO TOLL COTTAGE, DOCCOMBE. The alternative,
signed, route for vehicles will be via - B3212, SIX MILL HILL,
FARRANT’S HILL, B3193, B3344, LE MOLAY-LITTLY WAY,
STATION ROAD, MONKS WAY, A382, STATION ROAD, CROSS
ST, EXETER ROAD & VICE VERSA. This temporary restriction
is considered necessary to enable: CARRIAGEWAY
STABILISATION & REINSTATEMENT WORKS. For additional

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles
will be via - HOLNE ROAD, HOLNE ROAD, SILVER STREET
& VICE VERSA. This temporary restriction is considered
necessary to enable: MAINS UPGRADE. For additional

RD BARTON DRIVE CHERCOMB

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 5/1/26 for a maximum of 18
months. Anticipated Finish 27/3/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 20
miles per hour on the sections and No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in a direction other than
that indicated by the one way street traffic signs of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.

(ELM GROVE ROAD, DAWLISH) ORDER 2026 TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED LIMIT

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 5/1/26 for a maximum
of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 27/3/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 20 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place and No person
shall except upon the direction or with permission of a Police Officer in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load and unload at any time on any day on any of the lengths of road specified above. Roads affected: ELM GROVE ROAD. This temporary
restriction is considered necessary to enable: MANHOLES
