Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

The County of Cornwall (Skyburriowe Lane, Garras, Cury Cross Lanes) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers uder Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Garras. This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th January 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Garras, Helston between the junctions of Skyburriowe Lane and St Keverne Road and Skyburriowe Lane, Garras for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Playing Place. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th January 2026 to 19th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Feock Road, Playing Place for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th January 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th January 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Blackwater.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer and electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th January 2026 to 2nd April 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - North Hill, Blackwater between grid reference SW73236 46401 and the junction of Highview.
