Heathmere Primary School

Hyacinth Road between its junction with Alton Road and the end of the cul-de-sac of Hyacinth Road.

8.15–9.00am and 3.00–3.45pm

Brandlehow Primary School

Skelgill Road between its junctions with Putney Bridge Road and Disraeli Road

8.30–9.15am and 2.45–3.45pm

Belleville Primary School

Belleville Road between its junctions with Northcote Road and Webb’s Road

VARIOUS STREETS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: –

• The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Earlsfield) (Parking Places) (No.*) Order 202*

• The Wandsworth (Clapham South adn Balham) (Parking Places) (No.*) Order 202*

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.*) Order 2019 is to:

(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person’s badge (referred to in this notice as a “mandatory bay”) outside:

50 Eastbourne Road

1 Quinton Street

69 Whitlock Drive

71 Whitlock Drive

72a Whitlock Drive

3. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No*) Order 202 to:

(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person’s vehicle displaying the disabled resident’s parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a “resident-specific bay”):

22 Comyn Road

82a Gosberton Road

44 Longstone Road

(b) Remove the following disabled persons’ parking bays and replace with the adjoining CPZ parking bay:

1a Edencourt Road

6 Herlwyn Gardens

81 Muncaster Road

21 Garfield Road

13 Hoyle Road

116 Huntingfield Road

25 Strathran Close

(c) Extend the existing disabled persons’ parking bay outside 20 Dault Road.

4. In so far as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re-designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.

5. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

6. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below within 28 days of the date of this Notice.

PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS – UPGRADING OF SINGLE YELLOW LINES TO DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the following Order under section 6 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:

• The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No.*) Order 202*

2. The general effect of the Order will be to upgrade the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines in Atheldene Road and Haldane Place.

3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
