The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent
1. Installation of air source heat pump at Chapel House, 22, Pole Gate, Scammonden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/93224.
2. Removal of internal dividing wall and replacement of existing kitchen to form open plan kitchen diner with associated alterations at 24, Finthorpe Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/93203.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building
3. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for conversion of integral barn with associated alterations to form habitable accommodation at Finthorpe Grange, Finthorpe Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/93113 & 2025/93114.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for partial demolition and rebuilding to convert Blackrock House into 3 apartments including associated alterations and works at 51, Waingate, Linthwaite, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/93121 & 2025/93122.
The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
5. Erection of 33 dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping at land at, Dowker Street, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield.
Application No. 2025/92728.
6. Erection of free standing single storey structure to be used as a temporary indoor market (sui generis) with associated facilities, office cabins, waste compound, parking spaces and works adj, Huddersfield Open Market, Brook Street, Huddersfield.
Application No. 2025/93197.
The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
7. Erection of single storey rear extension including formation of patio area, external steps, screen fencing and associated works at 763, Manchester Road, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/93152.
8. Demolition of existing brick porch and flat roof garage and erection of lean-to porch, detached gable roof garage and external alterations at Holmleigh, 33, Southgate, Honley, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/92850.
The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent
9. Discharge of condition 4 (platform furniture) on previous permission 2021/91328 for Listed Building Consent for demolition of roofs B and C; demolition of two bays of roof A at the Manchester end; new section of canopy on the Penistone platform; installation of two new bays on roof A at the Leeds end: reinstatement of lantern to whole of roof A; platform alterations and extensions; new island platform; extension of existing passenger subway; in-filling of disused parcel subway; demolition of signal box, relay room and cable gantry between platforms 1 and 4; re-location of tea rooms: provision of new eastern footbridge and lifts/stairs and canopies; provision of overhead electric line equipment (within a Conservation Area) at Huddersfield Railway Station, St George’s Square, Huddersfield.
