Public Footpaths GR39 (Goodrich) & REB2 (English Bicknor) – Temporary Closure due to Rockfall
What is happening?
Herefordshire Council/Gloucestershire County Council Notice of Continuation
Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council & Gloucestershire County Council made the
PUBLIC FOOTPATH GR39, GOODRICH; REB2, ENGLISH BICKNOR (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5596 1547 to SO 5630 1595. The closure is required due to a rockfall. The alternative route is via footpaths GR38 and GR40. Queries may be directed to prow@herefordshire.gov.uk
A copy of the order and plan may be seen at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 9 December 2025 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council & Gloucestershire County Council.
